How to Clear Your Browsers Cache and History

Google Chrome:

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  3. Hover over “History.”
  4. In the submenu that appears, click on “History” again.
  5. In the left sidebar, click on “Clear browsing data.”
  6. Choose a time range for which you want to clear data (e.g., “Last hour,” “Last 24 hours,” “All time”).
  7. Select the types of data you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Cookies, Cached images and files).
  8. Click the “Clear data” button.

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Click on the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “History.”
  4. Click on “Clear Recent History.”
  5. Choose a time range for which you want to clear data (e.g., “Everything,” “Last 4 hours”).
  6. Expand the details by clicking the arrow next to “Details.”
  7. Select the types of data you want to clear (e.g., Browsing & Download History, Cookies).
  8. Click the “Clear Now” button.

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.
  3. Select “History.”
  4. Click on “Clear browsing data.”
  5. Choose a time range for which you want to clear data (e.g., “Last hour,” “Last 24 hours,” “All time”).

Opera:

  1. Open Opera.

  6. Click the “Clear data” button.
