Its up to you bro ;) an offline installer is basically IMO a backup installer (use to install without needing internet connection to complete the setup)
If you have an older version, download the latest from the link above and upgrade your YM.

beware. since the download link given is not directly from yahoo server there’s a big possibility that the YM installer is already injected with viruses or trojan. beware.
